"I had a flat tyre off the A40 and they sorted me out. The mobile van was quick to arrive and had the tyre swapped out within 20 minutes."

Slow puncture going down near the M1? We come to you, find the cause and repair it to UK standards at the roadside.
Puncture repaired safely off the carriageway
on the M1.
A puncture on the M1 is rarely the end of the tyre. A screw or nail in the tread usually meets the British Standard for repairs, BS AU 159, which means an internal patch that holds for the life of the tyre and costs a fraction of a new one. We come to you on this motorway and mend it where you have stopped.
Get to safety before anything else. Pull into an emergency area, onto the hard shoulder or off at the next junction, put your hazards on and stand well back from live traffic while you call. We make our way out to you along the M1, take the wheel off and inspect the tyre from the inside.
A roadside repair only counts if it meets BS AU 159: the hole in the central three-quarters of the tread, under 6mm, and no sign the tyre has been run flat. If your damage is outside those limits we tell you and fit a replacement instead, so you never leave on a patch that could let go.
- ✓Repaired to BS AU 159, an internal patch after we inspect inside the tyre, never an outside plug
- ✓A straight repair-or-replace answer, and we only mend what is genuinely safe
- ✓A qualifying repair costs far less than a new tyre, wheel rebalanced before you go
- ✓We reach you at the roadside on the M1, usually within the hour where we can get to you

The road we cover.
The M1 runs from Staples Corner in north London up to Leeds, and our coverage follows its busy southern stretch to the M6 at Catthorpe. It serves Watford and Hemel Hempstead at junctions 5 to 8, Luton at 10 and 11, Milton Keynes at 13 and 14 and Northampton at 15 and 16, meeting the M25 at junction 6a and the A14 and M6 at the Catthorpe Interchange. It is a major north-south freight and commuter artery, busy day and night with fast-moving heavy traffic.
Wherever you've pulled over along it, we come to you and repair the puncture at the roadside rather than have you limp on and ruin the tyre.
