These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided by Rescue Tyres LTD ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England & Wales (company number 15075776), registered office Unit G, 41 Warwick Road, Solihull, B92 7HS. By booking or using our services you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
We provide mobile tyre services, including new tyre supply and fitting, puncture repair, locking wheel nut removal, burst and broken tyre replacement and emergency callouts, at a location you specify (your home, workplace or roadside) within the areas we cover. All work is subject to our technician being able to access your vehicle safely and lawfully.
2. Bookings and deposits
- To secure a booking there is no deposit to pay. We confirm the full price with you before any work, and you pay once the job is done.
- A booking is only confirmed once we have contacted you to agree a time and, where applicable, your deposit has been received.
- We will always confirm your tyre size, options and price before carrying out any chargeable work.
3. Pricing and payment
- Prices depend on your tyre size, the brand and option you choose (budget or premium) and the work required. We confirm the price with you before fitting.
- The balance is payable on completion of the work unless agreed otherwise.
- We accept cash and major debit and credit cards.
4. Cancellations and refunds
- You may cancel a booking by contacting us as early as possible on 07473 720871.
- As there is no deposit, you can cancel at no cost before we order tyres or attend.
- Once tyres have been specially ordered for you, or a technician has been dispatched, the deposit may be retained to cover our costs.
- Your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, are not affected by these Terms.
5. Puncture repairs
We will only repair a puncture where it is safe and within applicable UK standards (BS AU 159). Where a tyre cannot be safely repaired, we will advise you and a replacement may be required. The final decision on whether a repair is safe rests with our technician.
6. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your vehicle, tyre size and location.
- Ensure the vehicle is parked legally and that there is safe, lawful access for us to carry out the work.
- Tell us about any locking wheel nuts or known issues when you book.
7. Guarantees and liability
We carry out our work with reasonable care and skill. New tyres are covered by the relevant manufacturer's warranty. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability arising from a booking is limited to the price paid for the service.
8. Insurance
Rescue Tyres LTD holds public liability insurance covering our mobile fitting work.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
