1. What information we collect

When you contact us or request a quote or booking through our website, we collect:

Your name, so we know who we are speaking to.
Your phone number, so we can call you back to confirm and arrange your callout.
Your email address, where you provide it on our booking form.
Details of your enquiry, such as your location, vehicle and tyre information, and a description of what you need.

Respond to your enquiry and provide a quote;
Arrange, carry out and confirm your mobile tyre fitting or repair;
Take payment of any deposit and the balance for your booking;

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary with:

Web3Forms, the service that delivers our website form submissions to us by email;
Our email and payment providers, who process data on our behalf;
Tyre suppliers, only as needed to source the correct tyres for your booking;
Authorities or advisers, where we are required to by law.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your request and for our legitimate business records. Where a booking is completed, we retain related financial records for at least six years to meet HMRC requirements. After that, we securely delete or anonymise your data.

6. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email rescuetyresltd@outlook.com.
