If a tyre bursts on the Stonebridge Highway, steer steadily, slow down and, with control still yours, take the next exit at Toll Bar End or Whitley Island rather than stopping on the A46 itself. A side road in Baginton or Willenhall is a calmer place to wait for us. Call 999 first if the car is left stranded in a moving lane.
