Flat tyre help at the roadside
on the M25.

Not every flat on the M25 needs replacing, and you should not pay for a new tyre until someone has looked. Pull off the carriageway to a safe spot, leave the tyre alone and call us. We come to where you have stopped, check the tyre and carry out the quickest safe fix, repairing it where we can and replacing it only where we must.

We work the outcome out on the spot rather than guessing. The fitter checks the tread, the sidewall and the rim at the roadside, and if it is a clean puncture in the tread we plug it there and then. If the damage is too severe or too close to the edge to mend safely, we have tyres on the van and fit one in the same visit, so there is no tow and no garage.

Please do not limp on to the next junction or services. A flat that is driven on is a tyre that has to be replaced, and it can wreck the wheel too, which on a busy motorway is not worth it. Stay put once you are safe and we come to you. Nothing is paid up front to book it; we call you back to confirm the price before we set off, and where we can reach you we are usually there within about an hour.

  • We look before we quote: you pay for the fix you actually need
  • One roadside visit: repaired or replaced without a tow to a garage
  • Tyres carried on the van: a replacement is fitted there and then
  • Nothing up front: the balance depends on your tyre size and brand

About the M25

The road we cover.

The M25 is the 117-mile orbital motorway that rings London through 31 junctions, including the Dartford Crossing in the east. It meets the M1 at junction 21, the M40 at junction 16, the M11 at junction 27, the M4 at junction 15, the M3 at junction 12 and the A1(M) at junction 23, so almost every long journey in and out of London touches it. It is one of the busiest and most congestion-prone motorways in Europe, carrying huge volumes of commuter and freight traffic around the clock.

Wherever you've stopped along it, we come to you and sort the flat, a repair where it's safe, a replacement where it isn't, and get you moving again.

M25 FAQs

Flat Tyre Help on the M25, answered.

What should I do the moment I get a flat on the M25?
Ease off the power, hold the wheel straight and come off the carriageway at the first safe place, an emergency area, a hard shoulder if there is one, or the next junction. Put your hazards on, stop, and leave the tyre as it is. Then call us and we come to you.
Where is the safest place to wait?
Well clear of moving traffic. On a motorway that means an emergency area, a hard shoulder if there is one, or off at the nearest junction, never a live lane. Keep your hazards on and, if it is safe, stand behind a barrier away from the car rather than beside it.
Why can I not just drive on to the next services?
Because driving on a flat destroys the tyre and can buckle the wheel, and on a fast motorway it puts you at real risk. A puncture that could have been repaired becomes a replacement. Once you are safely off the road, stay put and let us bring the fix to you.
Will you repair it or replace it once you arrive?
It depends on what we find. A clean puncture in the tread often takes a lasting repair, while a split sidewall, a bad tear or a run-flat that has been driven on needs a new tyre. We diagnose it at the roadside and carry both the tools and replacement stock to finish in one visit.
How do I help you find me, and how do I pay?
Tell us your direction of travel and the nearest junction or marker post on M25 so we come straight to you. There is nothing to pay up front; a repair is the cheaper outcome and a replacement depends on your tyre size and brand. We call you back to confirm the price before we set off, and you pay only once it is sorted.
