Denham's tyre work comes off the road network it sits inside. The A40 carries everything between London and the M40, the A412 North Orbital Road brings traffic down from Rickmansworth, and debris from either finds a tyre sooner or later. The village end is different again: houses with drives, a slow leak noticed on a Saturday, a sidewall scuffed on a narrow lane. Nothing is attended on the A40 itself. Come off at the Denham Roundabout, park on a village road, then call with the size.

The place spreads further than the old village. New Denham and Denham Green sit either side, Higher Denham is up the hill, there is Denham Garden Village, and the strip along the Oxford Road runs into Uxbridge. Postcodes are split between UB9, UB8 and SL0, so the postcode tells a fitter more than the street name does. Most work happens on private ground, because the village has no public car park and the A40, the A412 and the approaches to the Denham Roundabout are all wrong for a stopped car. Denham station and Denham Golf Club station have parking that belongs to the railway, which decides what may go on in it. Buckinghamshire begins west of the boundary, so no London charging zone reaches these addresses.
