This is a long county that runs from the edge of London up past the Chilterns to the north, so how far you are from us varies a lot. The southern towns are the nearest; the northern ones are a longer drive.

These areas are about 18 to 44 miles from our only base at Brent Cross, NW2. Call and we will tell you whether we can take the job; the arrival time is given on the call.

Where the car needs to be

A driveway, a residential street or a car park is fine. In a private, retail or workplace car park we need the owner's permission to work. On a narrow lane with nowhere safe to stop, move the car if it is safe to drive slowly, to a lay-by, a side road or a car park, and tell us where it is.

The M40 and the M1 both cross the county, and the M25 runs along its south eastern edge. If a tyre fails on a motorway, follow the Highway Code: leave at the next exit or pull into a service area if you can still drive safely; otherwise stop on the hard shoulder or in an emergency area as far left as possible, leave by the nearside doors, wait behind the barrier and call your breakdown provider (or 999 if you are stuck in a live lane). We never work on a motorway carriageway, hard shoulder, emergency area or slip road. Once the car is safely off the motorway, call us and we will tell you whether we can come to it.
