It is a public station car park, so a car in a normal bay can have its tyre changed there. Check the ticket covers the time, park with room on the flat side, and describe roughly whereabouts in the car park the car is.
Is The Delves in WS5 or WS1?
Both, depending on the street. The Delves straddles the two districts, so a street name on its own can mislead. Give the full postcode from the address, or a landmark such as the station or the West Bromwich Road junction, and the fitter will find the car.
I hit a kerb on the Broadway and there is a bulge. Is it safe to drive?
A bulge shows that the cords inside the tyre have broken, and it can fail without warning. Avoid driving on it beyond getting safely off the road. It cannot be repaired, so a replacement in the same size comes out with the fitter, who also checks the rim.
