Once you are safe, we jack the car, take the wheel off and remove the tyre from the rim. We inspect the inside of the casing, fit a combined plug and patch to BS AU 159, rebalance the wheel and refit it. Then you are good to drive on from the A205.
Why do you take the whole tyre off just for a puncture?
Because a repair to BS AU 159 has to be done from the inside. Taking the tyre off the rim is the only way to inspect the casing for hidden damage and bond a patch properly. An outside plug fitted on the A205 without that is not a repair we would trust.
