Nobody attends a car on that dual carriageway, nor on its hard shoulder, nor in an emergency area. Come off at Apex Corner or Mill Hill Circus onto an ordinary road, park somewhere the car can sit still safely, and ring from there with the location and the tyre size.

Can I be met at Mill Hill Broadway station?
The railway owns that car park, and its manager is the one who decides whether a van may open up in it. Check before counting on it. Otherwise the roads off Deans Lane are a short hop away, and nothing prevents a fitter attending a lawfully parked car in one.
