Keep going until you are off the approach and onto an ordinary street, then stop somewhere clear of traffic and ring. Nobody can work on the A102 or its slip roads. Should the car be stuck where it is and you feel unsafe, dial 999 and let recovery take it somewhere secure.
Is there a public car park in Blackwall where you can fit a tyre?
Not really, and it is better to say so than send you hunting for one. The workable spots are your own resident bay, an estate car park or the parking deck under your building. Any of those gives enough room, provided the fitter can get past the barrier.
Can you reach the blocks between Aspen Way and the river?
