Where a fitter can stand matters more here than the address does. Aspen Way, the East India Dock Road and the Blackwall Tunnel Northern Approach are red route dual carriageway, so none of the three offers anywhere to change a wheel, and the Leamouth Roundabout carries traffic at every hour. What remains is workable: estate car parks, allocated bays and the underground parking beneath the towers, where the building decides who is let in. Poplar is well outside the Congestion Charge boundary, though the ULEZ applies here exactly as it does everywhere in the capital.

Most of them, once the building says so. Give the block, the level, the bay number and any height limit on the ramp, because a service van has to get down there and back out again. Lit, level and dry beats the street above it.
My tyre let go on the approach to the Blackwall Tunnel. What should I do?
Keep off that carriageway. Take the next exit available to you, park on a residential street well clear of the A102 and the roundabout, and phone from there. Should the car be immovable, 999 first, then recovery to a safe road, and the fitter attends it there.
Do you cover the estates north of the East India Dock Road?
