Euston Road is a red route and the underpass carries the A501 below it, so neither is an option. A bay in one of the squares off Hampstead Road is the workhorse: the car is already stopped, there is less passing traffic and there is room to set a wheel on the pavement side. A gated courtyard behind a block is better again where one exists. Underground parking works only with the building's say-so. What cannot be used is any part of the A501, the taxi road at the station, or a loading bay while its restriction is running.
The work here happens on the streets between the station and Camden High Street: Harrington Square, Oakley Square and Lidlington Place off the A400, and the blocks running back towards Somers Town and Mornington Crescent. All of it is controlled parking, so the bay matters more than the address. A resident's bay suits the job, and a pay-by-phone space does as well. An office or hotel car park underneath a building is fine too, but the building has to agree and the height barrier decides whether a van gets down there at all. Euston Road, the underpass and the overpass are all off limits. The Congestion Charge zone starts on the far side of Euston Road, which leaves most of NW1 outside it, while the ULEZ runs everywhere and takes nothing from a car standing still.

Move it off the station land if it will still roll, up Hampstead Road and into a bay in one of the squares. A wheel cannot come off where taxis and coaches are turning. Once the car is parked properly, ring in with the name of the street and what the sidewall says.
Does Euston sit inside the Congestion Charge zone?
The charging area begins south of Euston Road, so the streets north of it, including most of this district, are outside. Drive over to the Bloomsbury side in charging hours and an older car can be caught by both. Standing still for a tyre change attracts neither.
Can you work in the underground car park of an office off Euston Road?
With the building's permission, often. The obstacle is usually the height barrier at the entrance rather than the parking itself. Ask whoever runs the car park first, then tell the fitter the level and bay number so the kit comes down to the right place.
Is a slow puncture worth mending, or should the tyre be replaced?
Depends where the air is escaping. A nail standing in the tread's central band, the damage under 6 mm across, can be repaired from inside the casing. A leak at the shoulder, through the sidewall or around a damaged bead cannot, and that tyre gets changed.
