Not usable: the roadway around Westferry Circus, or any stretch of Aspen Way, where stopping is banned and there is nowhere to stand clear.

The estate runs its own roads and its own parking, so a fitter gets in by arrangement rather than by turning up. Headroom is the thing that catches people out, because a van with fitting gear aboard will not clear every ramp, and that is why the level and the entrance matter when you ring. Around the edges it gets easier. There is space near Westferry Circus, surface bays on the streets towards Heron Quays and South Quay, and a car park at City Harbour that takes a car which can still be driven. Aspen Way and the dock approach roads are no use at all for this. Everything here sits inside the ULEZ, which touches a vehicle in motion and not one standing still with a wheel off.
