A soft tyre before an Earlstrees shift or the drop-off at an Oakley Vale school needs mending today, not whenever a garage has space. An emergency repair in Corby may be done that day, diary permitting.
A lot of Corby runs on shift times: early starts at Eurohub and Earlstrees, handovers at Phoenix Parkway, children to be dropped across Oakley Vale and Danesholme on the way. A screw from Priors Hall Park does not wait for a convenient moment. The tyre is half down, the space-saver is not up to a day on the A43, and a garage cannot take the car until later in the week. The repair has to happen now.
Ring and explain what the Corby car has to do today and the time it has to do it. In Corby, jobs at Oakley Vale or Eurohub may go ahead of routine work with room in the diary, plus an honest sense of when the fitter can get there, not a guarantee. At the car, the tyre comes off and the hole is checked against the BS AU 159 limits; if it passes, it is patched and refitted. The repair price is confirmed before the fitter drives over.

The Eurohub, Earlstrees or Phoenix Parkway staff car park, with the operator's permission, while you work, or an Oakley Vale or Danesholme drive before the school run. Not on the A43 or A6003; get into Corby first.

How a mobile puncture repair is done →Emergency tyre repair on the Corby page
Punctures picked up around Eurohub Roundabout or along the Stanion Bypass (A4300) are often repairable where the car stops. Pull into a quiet road in Little Stanion or a car park off the main route first. Our fitter looks over the tyre inside and out. A tidy puncture well inside the tread band, with no sign of flat running, gets a BS AU 159 repair at the kerb.
To land a same-day Corby slot, send a snap of the screw, the size moulded into the rubber and where the Corby car will be parked for the day. Room to move helps. A car in the Eurohub staff car park, where the operator allows it, during a shift can be done as easily as one outside a Danesholme house, and the day is then built around your shift start or the Oakley Vale school gate time rather than a fixed garage booking.
