Hardly anything in E20 is a house with a drive in front of it. People park beneath the blocks or in managed spaces, and that governs every tyre job here, because a low deck underground leaves no way to lift a car safely. Surface parking answers better, or a service road, or a loading bay with somebody from the building expecting a van. Say which block yours is and where the vehicle actually sits.

Surface bays on the estate roads are the practical answer: level, lit, and wide enough that a fitter stands well clear of anything passing.
