They are separate ends of KT3 with a mile or so between them. Old Malden is the older end, around Church Road, Old Malden Lane and Malden Manor station, while New Malden is the High Street and the Burlington Road estates. Give the street and the number so the van goes to the right one.
Can you come to a house near Malden Manor station?
The streets each side of Malden Manor are all in range, and most of them have driveways, which is the simplest job there is. Railway land itself belongs to the operator, so if the car is in station parking say so on the call and a residential turning nearby is usually the easier answer.
The tyre let go on the A3 at Malden Way. Where should I go?
Come off it. Malden Junction and the Tolworth exits both drop you onto ordinary roads, and a turning off Kingston Road gives a fitter somewhere sound to stand.
