Off the North Circular at the first exit you can reach, then onto a side street where the car can stand still. Nobody should be changing a wheel at the edge of the A406. Once you are somewhere settled, ring, describe where you have ended up, and read the size from the sidewall.
Do you repair the puncture or just sell me a tyre?
A repair comes first wherever the damage allows one. The tyre has to leave the rim to be judged, because a plug pushed in from the outside tells nobody what the casing looks like inside. If it falls outside the standard, a replacement goes on instead.
