Mobile tyre fitting in Warwickshire
Rescue Tyres is a mobile tyre fitting company based at Brent Cross in north west London. We have one base and no van stationed in the Midlands, so the towns on this page are a long way from us.
We do take jobs in the county when the diary allows. Tell us where the car is and the tyre size, and we agree the price on the call.
These areas are about 68 to 89 miles from our only base at Brent Cross, NW2, and we have no base or van stationed there. Call and we will tell you whether we can take the job; the arrival time is given on the call.
What we can do at the car
- Puncture repairs to BS AU 159, when the damage is in the repairable area of the tread
- New tyres fitted, from budget to premium brands; common sizes are often on the van and other sizes are sourced for the job
- Replacing a tyre that is burst, cut, bulged or badly kerbed
- Locking wheel nut removal, wheel balancing and van tyres
We are a mobile service only, with no walk-in garage, and we do not sell part-worn tyres. We can come in the evening, at night, at weekends and on bank holidays when the diary allows, at the same price as a weekday job, and the price is agreed on the call before any work starts.
How far your town is from us
These are straight-line distances from our base at Brent Cross, NW2 1LX. The road distance is longer.
- Under 75 miles: Southam, Rugby and Leamington Spa
- 75 to 80 miles: Warwick, Stratford-upon-Avon and Kenilworth
- Over 80 miles: Bedworth, Alcester, Nuneaton and Atherstone
From north west London the usual route is the M40 for Warwick, Leamington Spa and Stratford-upon-Avon, and the M1 for Rugby. Every job here starts with a long drive, which is why we confirm on the call whether we can take it.
If the tyre fails on the way
If the car is unsafe where it is, your breakdown cover may reach you sooner. A car with a burst or flat tyre should not be driven any distance on it, so if you are at the roadside, get somewhere safe first and then decide who to call.
The M40 crosses the south of the county, and the M6 and the M1 meet close to Rugby. If a tyre fails on a motorway, follow the Highway Code: get onto the hard shoulder or into an emergency area if you can, leave by the nearside doors, wait behind the barrier and call National Highways or your breakdown provider. We never work on a motorway carriageway, hard shoulder, emergency area or slip road. Once the car is safely off the motorway, call us and we will tell you whether we can come to it.
