London areas and neighbourhoods

We work from one base, a tyre depot at Brent Cross, NW2, and the van comes to the car. There is no walk-in garage.

These areas are about 2 to 18 miles from our only base at Brent Cross, NW2. We give you an arrival time when you call.

What to tell us when you call

• The full address or postcode where the car is, not only the neighbourhood name.
• Where exactly the car is parked: on the street, on a driveway, in a permit bay, or in a car park and on which level.
• The tyre size from the sidewall, for example 205/55 R16, and whether the car has a locking wheel nut and you have its key.
• Whether the tyre is punctured, damaged or completely flat, so we can say on the call if a repair is likely to be possible.

Flats, estates and car parks

If the car is in a residents' car park, a basement or a multi-storey, tell us before we set off so we can check the van can reach it. Private ground needs the owner's or manager's permission. We cannot stop or work on a red route, so the car needs to be on a side street or private ground.

All of London is inside the ULEZ. The charge applies to driving a non-compliant vehicle, not to a parked one, and the work is done where the car is parked.
